Anywho, to help you with the whole motion bit... i have a suggestion. Try banging your head while sitting in that position. Kinda' hard, ain't it? Well, it's only hard if you're doing serious head banging [which involves my now shoulder length hair ((OMFG! I got a haircut on Saturday! x_x)) to fly all about the place and get in my face. Now that's some SERIOUS head banging.]. If she's just bobbing and swaying her head along to the music, then she'd probably be able to do it in that position.

IF she's doing serious head banging, her legs would be a bit spread out and I think she'd be more on her knees than resting her weight on her heels and toes. When her head comes down for the banging, her eyes are most likely going to be closed, and closed rather tightly, so that could be shown in the way you draw her eyes. Her hair would move upward as her head comes down, and drag downward as she pulls her head back. The motion is best conveyed if you experiment in front of the mirror how the body would react.
